Hello, I'm Sheena! I'm a wife, mother and daughter. My mother lost her life to domestic violence. She always taught me to be strong and believe in myself. She supported every dream or goal I ever had. She was truly amazing! She would always say "if you're going to do something, do it right."

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and going to the gym looking cute was a must.
